Description
This new fully web-based and responsive design tool can be used from your computers, tablets and smartphones. It enables a cross-functional management from which the user will not only be able to gather all the information he needs for his contacts as in a classic CRM, but he will also be able to attach to his contacts the documents he needs. All data relating to a contact will then be in one place, in the contact sheet.
The application adapts to all types of contacts. Thanks to the “Metadata” functionality, it is possible to add your own fields to the contact sheet and make it a tool that is as close as possible to the user’s needs.
In addition to a contact manager, Skipper features an opportunity, activity and document manager. They are all linked together so that the user can find all the information he needs when he needs it. The opportunity manager will enable him to monitor his opportunities. Those can be, for example, a current offer with a customer, the finalisation of a contract, and many other things, as the “Metadata” functionality is also present for opportunities and activities.
Other functionalities and managers (DMS, Finance, HR, Commercial …) are under development and will be available soon.

Data privacy
The Skipper customer and prospect database meets the requirements of the GDPR. However, it is up to the company’s sales manager to ensure that in all forms of marketing mailings there is a possibility to unsubscribe and/or special treatment in case a prospect does not want to be contacted anymore.
