Syslog recommends the use of its fast, simple and decision-supporting Business Intelligence solution. However, we can also integrate third-party products if you wish.
Project and activities management
This module enables you to manage the progress of your projects and the various tasks related to them.
Syspilot enables you to support the governance of your company by keeping track of the decisions made and subsequently analysing the events related to them.
This module includes applications for managing financial, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, as well as fixed asset management and a consolidation application.
Cost & budgetary accounting
Among its numerous features, this application allows the structuring the centres (costs, prices, etc.) at several levels, and to spread budgets according to multiple criteria.
The Sysgrouping module enables you to perform simple and efficient groupings of your financial data (by cost center) to give you an overview of your company’s situation.
The application manages and analyses the information related to the employees, in order to support the management of human resources, as well as helping managers in the recruiting processes.
The Systime module improves your time management with its calculation and analysis tools.
Our risk management module is an innovative invention that takes into account human risks.
Salary and payroll management
Salary management application is certified Swissdec 4.0 and respects all legal requirements at the Confederation and Canton levels (AVS, unemployment, LAA, LPP, family allowances, etc.). Provides paper or electronic mailing via ELM standards, Swissdec certified.
Marketing / Customer realtions
CRM Syslog is directly related to the central management applications for contracts, offers, orders and invoices. For example, management of customer follow-up, follow-up of offers and invoices, as well as creating data extracts according to specific needs.
Contract and commercial management
The Sysengage module manages the chain from the creation of an offer to its outcome, i.e. an invoice. Once the invoice is printed and validated, it is sent to the Sysfinance solution, in the Debtor accounting application and in the DMS if it is necessary.
Syslog integrates a ticketing solution for its customers. This module enables the management of tickets but also incidents (incident reports) that the company receives.
Production / Logistics
The production management module includes the following applications: operating range, cost computation, MRP, planning and scheduling, production monitoring, production time, outsourcing management and post-production.
Our logistics management module enables you to establish price, inventory, available merchandise items, and other lists for the whole company.
Our transport management applications are designed for all types of transport: deliveries (transport of materials), school and private buses, regular buses, transport of skips (waste). They make it possible to manage transport routes, prices, drivers, invoices, vehicles, etc.

Document and archive management
The electronic archiving functionality enables you to store your documents as well as the reports generated by the Syslog modules. Each document is indexed in such a way as to enable classification and simple, powerful and efficient searching.
This module simplifies the reading of documents by offering you a viewer directly integrated into our ERP.
SSysworkflow enables you to track and automate the tasks and steps that lead to a successful process.
This module enables a simplified management of the processes related to training in companies: management of contracts, grades, links with the school, etc.
